RETURNS POLICY
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a store credit or exchange. We do not offer refunds unless an item arrives faulty or damaged.
Returned items must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear and returned in an unworn, undamaged condition, with all hygiene labels and swing tags attached.

Discounted styles marked as “sale” on the product page cannot be returned

Credit notes or exchanges will only be issued once the return is received and processed
If your return does not comply with these conditions your item/s will not be accepted and returned to you at your cost.
Please note that duties, taxes, shipping, and shipping protection costs are not eligible for store credit.
HOW TO LODGE YOUR RETURN
Please use the RETURN PORTALto lodge your return.
Australia: $20 return postage label fee will be charged when you lodge your return.
United States: $15 return postage label fee will be charged when you lodge your return.
Rest of World: Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return labels at their own cost. Once you have lodged your return, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your return. We recommend using a registered or trackable service, as parcels remain your responsibility until received by LA-LU.
EXCHANGES

Exchanges processed within America or Australia will receive free shipping on the exchanged order

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
All items are quality controlled to a high standard before dispatch, but if you receive an item that is not 100% right please submit your claim here .
Please note that items that are damaged from a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; failure to use in accordance with care instructions; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
Any item past 3 months since the purchase date is outside our acceptable warranty period, however will be considered on a case by case basis.
