PROCESSING TIME

Orders must be placed before 11am for the above delivery times to apply. Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse. During busy periods, promotional events and sales there may be delays on the dispatch of your order.

Our warehouse is closed on weekends and during Australian public holidays. Please plan accordingly, as orders will not be shipped on these dates. 

Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect.

UNITED STATES ORDERS

Import Duties and Taxes

All USD prices shown are inclusive of duties, and taxes payable at checkout, with no surprises upon delivery.

Customs Requirements

Under new US Government requirements, US customers may be required to share additional information to the shipping carrier (USPS) such as SSN to receive their delivery.

Tracking Your Order

Orders to the US are shipped from Australia via USPS Express. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking and delivery information via email. Please use the USPS website to track your order. 

REST OF WORLD ORDERS

International orders are subject to duties and taxes (DDU) determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order.

If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes required by customs, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and any additional fees incurred, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that any delay in paying customs fees will not result in a delay in the delivery of your order. 

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

If you choose to refuse a shipment from LA-LU, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred, as well as the cost of returning the package. These amounts will be deducted from your credit note. 

Any claim regarding a shortage of items must be reported to LA-LU Customer Services within 5 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.

LA-LU is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. For any inquiries, please contact  customercare@lalulabel.com. 

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

Pre-order items will be processed like a normal order but shipped at a later date. Date will be specified on the product page and you will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped. 

For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charged will be incurred in these circumstances.
