Orders must be placed before 11am that day for the below delivery times to apply.
Our warehouse is closed on weekends and during Australian public holidays. Please plan accordingly, as orders will not be shipped on these dates. All orders are processed automatically, and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.
If you require a faster delivery method, please email us before placing your order and we will do our best to assist.

Duties and Tax
International orders are subject to duties and taxes (DDU) determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order.
If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes required by customs, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and any additional fees incurred, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that any delay in paying customs fees will result in a delay in the delivery of your order.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
If you choose to refuse a shipment from LA-LU, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred, as well as the cost of returning the package. These amounts will be deducted from your credit note.
Any claim regarding a shortage of items must be reported to LA-LU Customer Services within 5 days of receiving your order. Claims made after this period cannot be accepted.
LA-LU is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit. For any inquiries, please contact customercare@lalulabel.com.
To ensure the security of your order, none of our packages are dispatched with authority to leave without a signature. We do not recommend providing instructions to leave your package in a safe place without signing for it, as LA-LU does not take responsibility for lost or damaged items during transit.
PRE-ORDERS
If your item is marked as pre-order, the estimated dispatch window will be noted on the product page. All orders containing a pre-order item will be shipped once the pre-order item is ready. If you would like in-stock items shipped separately, please place two separate orders.
PEAK PERIODS
During busy periods such as holiday sales or product launches, please allow additional time for your order to be packed and dispatched. Delivery services may also experience delays beyond our control.
