Duties & Taxes

UNITED STATES

All USD prices shown are inclusive of duties and taxes, with no surprises upon delivery.

Under new US Government requirements, US customers may be required to share additional information to the shipping carrier such as SSN to receive their delivery.

 

REST OF WORLD

International orders, excluding United States, are subject to duties and taxes (DDU) determined by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order.

If you refuse to pay the duties and taxes required by customs, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and any additional fees incurred, which will be deducted from your refund. Please note that any delay in paying customs fees will result in a delay in the delivery of your order. 

Please note that duties and taxes are non-refundable.

 

Shipping Restrictions

If you choose to refuse a shipment from LA-LU, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred, as well as the cost of returning the package. These amounts will be deducted from your refund.

If your item is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or because it was not collected within the designated collection period, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes, customs fees incurred, and the return shipping cost. Alternatively, we may issue a refund minus the original shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customs fees incurred. We must receive the returned order before resending or processing a refund.

Any claim regarding missing or incorrect items must be reported to LA-LU Customer Service within 5 days of receiving your order. Claims submitted after this period cannot be accepted.

Pre-Order Shipping

Pre-order items are processed as standard orders but will be shipped at a later date. The estimated shipping date will be specified on the product page, and you will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Please note that if you would like to receive in-stock item(s) immediately, you must place a separate order.
